Bodyclocks use a special sunshine neodymium bulb but the level of light is the same as a normal light bulb so they are not a substitute for a lightbox. With a lightbox it's the sheer brightness of the light that affects brain chemistry whereas with Bodyclocks it's the way the light works that has a therapeutic effect. Bulb not shown.
